We work with a carefully curated selection of distinctive venues, from private homes and lofts to industrial buildings and creative spaces, and collaborate daily with creators, brands, and production teams.
Clients can search independently through a personal account or receive tailored guidance in finding a location that fits their concept and schedule. With a personal approach, we support the entire process, from selection to booking and final arrangements.

Our platform gives you access to a carefully curated selection of unique locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. After creating an account, you can:
- View the entire selection with extensive image selections.
- Search specifically by location type, atmosphere, region, or use (photography, film, or event).
- Save favorite locations per project, so you can work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Submit a specific request for one or more locations.
- Let us help you based on a briefing.
Do you have a unique home, villa, loft, office, farm, or other space with character? Then you can register your location for inclusion in our database.
We assess each application personally. Once your location is registered, we mediate requests and take care of the administrative processing.
