Working method of location owners
What happens when my location is rented out?

Loes op Locatie helps clients such as photographers, stylists, production agencies, and fashion and interior brands find the perfect location. Our database consists of a diverse range of locations throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. From spacious villas, family homes, and farmhouses to apartments, lofts, and modern offices. We represent these types of locations and act as intermediaries between the location owners and the clients.
How does it work?
Clients registered with us have access to our database and can search for and request locations themselves. Alternatively, we can search on their behalf and provide a non-binding proposal with several location options for the client to choose from.
If the client selects your location, we take care of the booking agreement, invoicing, and payment to you as the location owner.
When your location is booked
When a client requests your location, we will contact you to discuss the details of the shoot, the fee, and the filming date. All requests are handled in consultation. Clients may place a hold (option) on your location, which means you keep the location available for the potential filming date. We will inform you as soon as possible whether it will become an official booking.
Before your location is definitively booked, the client has the opportunity to visit the location prior to the shoot. In consultation, we will schedule an appointment with you and the client.
Booking confirmation
Once the option has been confirmed by the client, the booking becomes official. We will send a booking confirmation by email, which includes all agreements, relevant shoot details, and the fee.
Fee
The amount of the fee is determined per shoot and depends on the type of shoot (photo, film, or event) and whether it is for an editorial or commercial production. Additionally, the price is based on the number of hours booked, the number of people present during the shoot day, and the type of location. Any overtime incurred will always be charged.
We charge a 20 percent agency fee. To avoid confusion, we communicate the net amount you will receive for making your location available at the time of booking.
Loes op Locatie recently added our apartment to their portfolio. We are very pleased with our collaboration, their professionalism, their fast and pleasant communication, and their strong network.
